The Patek Philippe’s calibre CHR 27-525 PS movement has been given a new lease in life, introduced at Baselworld 2010 the Split-seconds Single Push-piece Chronograph Ref. 5950A, built in stainless steel , which is rarely by a Patek Philippe timepiece, The "A" at the end of its reference number means stainless steel. "A" stands for acier. Endowed with a 37mm cushion shaped case and is water resistance to 30 meters. The sapphire crystal glass is cushion shape as well and is slightly cambered , as is the display back which gives the user a remarkable view of the world’s thinnest split second chronograph with column wheel control framed by a satin finished with gold filled engravings. There is also an option for the owners to have the sapphire crystal case back replaced with solid metal piece ,which is supplied with the watch. The time is indicated with two leaf-shaped hands blackened 18K white gold. The Breguet numerals on the dial are also in blackened 18K white gold. The watch has two sub dials with circular guilloché patterns, the running seconds are displayed at 9 o'clock, and the continuously running 60-minute counter is positioned at 3 o'clock. Both leaf-shaped sub dial hands are also made of black oxidized 18K white gold to match the overall personality of the watch, This stunning timepiece is fitted with a hand stitched alligator strap with rectangular scales with a prong buckle in 18k white gold decorated with a black lacquered engravings.

Presented at Baselworld 2010, the new Breitling Bentley Supersports , this watch managed to draw a lot of attention because of its sporty appearance and its extravagant design. The 48.7 mm sculpted bodywork of the Bentley Supersports has been forged in steel , has a case back crafted in titanium and is highlighted by a bezel adorned with the signature Bentley knurled motif which evokes the classic Bentley grille as well as the automaker's cockpit dashboard control. This extremely appealing timepiece is powered by the Calibre 26B , similar to the Bentley Mark VI, a self winding chronograph with a central 60 minute counter, 38 jewels , beats at 28,800 vibration per hour, has a 100 meters water resistant and is certified chronometer .

Watch Reveiw | Hublot King Power UNICO

King Power UNICO All Black, Hublot has manage to make a dramatic entrance onto the world stage by introducing an intimidating name for a timepiece . At 48mm in diameters the watch is a behemoth, made of microblasted black ceramic, with the accompanying bezel also in black ceramic and moulded black rubber. The whole is screwed together with six relief-set black PVD titanium screws. The crystal is sapphire, with anti- reflective treatment to prevent even a glimmer of light from entering the dark mysteries of the dial. A Microblasted matte black counters and flange are included along with the flyback chronograph and second stop device . The chronograph has a 60 second and a 60 minute feature, and is operated by a push buttons at the 2 and 4 o'clock positions on the case . A small second counter at the 9 o'clock position. Black counters ring the dial in a moving transparent white circle that indicates the current date . The hands are a satin-finished black luminescent coating .

Inside the King Power UNICO All Black , is HUB 1240 UNICO ,a new in house movement , and has a power reserve of 72 hours, a tremendous step forward by the company on creating their own movement. This caliber comes out only one year after the incorporation of the Hublot manufacture in Switzerland. As intimidating as it can be , the Hublot King Power UNICO All Black comes only in a limited edition of 500 pieces .

Watch Review | Porsche Design P'6780

After more than 25 years , Porsche Design presents their 2nd diving watch, with advanced functionality in a unique package , the P'6780 diver , a diving watch capable of handling depths at 1000 meters . When it comes to diving watch, the choice of equipment is important . What is needed under water is a timepiece that has to be accurate and readable so that the dive can be properly conducted . The P'6780 diver's accuracy is guranteed by the mechanical ETA 2892 -A2 calibre automatic movement, beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour and has a power reserve of 42 hours. At 46.8 mm in diameter , the watch has an over-sized hands and large numeric and baton indices are coated with white luminous material to ensure readability . The date is located at 9 o'clock. The diving is set by means of a flange , inscribed with separate minute graduations, that rotate counter clockwise around the perimeter of the dial.

The case of the P’6780 is highly functional and unique, securely anchored within a titanium bridge structure is a hinged container , which can be raised to set the time , to prevent the crown being accidentally turned and protects it against damage. The Diver's advance sealing system is water resistance to 1000 meters . It does not need either a screw down crown or a helium release valve. All of this is fitted with a strap features a special diving extension so it can fit over a diving suit without the folding clasp having to be opened first.

Like everything else produced by Porsche Design , the P’6780 takes its cue from Prof. F.A. Porsche’s stated aim to create a products capable of acting as “companions through life”.

Watch Review | Breguet Type XXII

The Breguet Type XXII, chronograph was originally designed in 1950's for the air force of the French Navy and to commemorate the 60th anniversary , Breguet introduced the Type XXII 3880 ST , an updated and contemporary reinterpretation of that legendary chronograph.

The Type XXII 3880 ST is a beauty in every way, its robust construction, as well as the black dial which blends well with the fly-back indications in red. Inside the 44mm stainless steel case, houses the self winding Breguet calibre 589F, endowed with a silicon escapement and a flat silicon balance spring that vibrates at 72,000 vibrations per hour, which gives the movement exceptional regulating power. A unique features for this timepiece ,is its chronograph seconds hand that makes a complete rotation in 30 seconds, not the usual 60 on most watches. This means it takes two passes to count to one minute, which is counted by adding the two 30 seconds spans by an extra hand located at the center of the dial ,this makes the chronograph more precise. A rectangular retrograde counter at 12 o'clock displays whether the seconds hand is completing its first or second 30 second revolution. The Type XXII 3880 also has a second time zone indicator at 6 o’clock, with a date calendar in it. The two position crown resets the indicator by moving the main hour hand without affecting either the minute hand or the date calendar , while the 24 hour indicator at 3 o’clock indicates day or night time in the area covered by the second time zone.

This gorgeous timepiece is fitted with a alligator strap with contrasting red piping, and is priced at around $18,000.
