For 2010 , Tissot presented the new Visodate 1953 Automatic which brings back a certain element of nostalgia with watch that traces its roots from the past . Originally released in 1953 to commemorate Tissot's 100 year anniversary,the Tissot Visodate was a particular milestone of that era for integrating a date display into the automatic mechanism and the new watch presents this feature in a contemporary design . The domed sapphire crystal covers the lightly curved dial , displaying the proven Tissot expertise in bringing the latest techniques and materials to traditional Swiss watch making. The day and date display along with the historical Tissot logo are on the 40mm case that adds a classical character of the watch , and a see through back to let the viewer admire the ETA 2836-2 movement with a power reserve of 42 hours.Tissot
The four variation of the Tissot Visodate 1957 Automatic accommodate current tastes and trends with modern materials and finished . Two models have classical silver colored stainless steel cases and two get a fashionable twist with the state of the art PVD coating . The dials are black or silver , elegantly combined with a crocodile design leather strap and heritage buckle to ensure the origin of innovation are remembered.

The timepiece are designed to uphold the traditional style values associated with pilot’s watch and also added a few of its own styling cues to the package, like the use of “shoulders” on each case gives the watches a robust , and recognizable TW Steel look, and using connecting pieces between the lugs of the case, the spacing normally visible between the strap and the casing is now closed , a feature unique to TW Steel presently.Either Model in the TW Steel Renault F1 Team Pilot collection ,whether the 3 handed or chronograph are available in 45mm or 48mm sized casing made from 316L steel, with similar black dials sporting the Renault F1 team logo.
